Bibliography of Welsh Literature in English Translation

This comprehensive bibliography of Welsh-English literary translations complements the online BWLET.net database as part of the Arts and Humanities Research Board-funded project. The earliest translations date from the 17th century, and sources for translations vary from manuscripts and journals to video and Internet translations. A brief introduction to the literature of the age and to the translations produced is provided, marked with the translator's own literary, cultural, political, gendered, and historical concerns.
