We get up in the morning, get our children ready for school, drive the same route to work, stop at the same coffee shop, and park in the same parking spot at work-and that is only the first part of our day. We spend our evenings the same way, scrambling to cook dinner, get the kids to bed, and catch a little bit of TV-if we're lucky. We get wrapped up in our daily activities, but very few of these activities help us to grow as individuals.
