Window Of My Life

Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Kristi spent her childhood days dreaming of open spaces and writing. Her summers were spent at one ranch or another, fueling her love of horses and scenery. Always with her nose in a book, poetry was her main course, namely Shakespeare and Robert Lee Frost. However, on the side, Kristi read many romance novelsso its no wonder her poems show both sides of love. Poetry was a release for her growing up. Sometimes, words spoken aloud just couldnt portray the right feelings, but poetry allowed her to do just that. Always being more of a country girl, Kristi became foreman at a large equestrian facility just outside of the city, but it wasnt enough. Finally giving in to the countrys call, she headed to the small town of Summerland, British Columbia. Kristi now spends her days lounging on the beach, training horses, and writing.
