Warrior-King: The Case for Impeaching George W. Bush

On February 13, 2003, the author and a coalition of U.S. citizens including soldiers, their parents, and six members of Congress sued the president and Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld for initiating an illegal and unconstitutional war. The federal courts refused to rule on Bonifaz's case, stating that the question must be resolved by the political branches of government.
