The Valley of the Vines

Sophie Hargreaves tries to repair her shattered family by buying a rundown vineyard in Piedmont in the hopes of bringing everyone together again. Sadly, her attempt fails, leaving her struggling to bring in the grape harvest on her own before she faces ruin. Then, just as she is starting to lose hope, Sophie finds help from an unlikely source--three strangers fleeing a storm and its flooding. "The Valley of the Vines" traces their struggle to save the grapes and make the ancient winery viable. Meanwhile, there are still surprises in store for Sophie, who finds a new life in the remote wine valleys of Northern Italy--even if it is not the life she quite expected.
