Criminally insane Colin Heggarty is behind bars, thanks to Natalie Vine, he takes his revenge by arranging the abduction of one of his recovering victims. Natalie is given seven days to save her life and every day brings a grisly reminder that time is running out. Natalie's friend Vicky also needs her help, when she is the only suspect in a murder enquiry. Natalie doesn't realize how one case will fatally influence the other.
