Eli Florence suffers from depression, and all he really wants is to be happy. On the last night of Hanukkah, he receives a plant from his parents that they say will help cheer him up. But he also falls in love with a girl over the winter, and knows that she will be the one person that can to make him happy. Will he truly find happiness and learn how to grow, or will things shrivel up and die?
