They Stand In Awe

I found poetry was a way of expressing my feelings. Not until the last fifteen years have I seriously considered saving them. This book is a collection of my poems, most of them written for specific people or events. Sharing them with others who seemed to appreciate them gave me the idea of making a book. I have included a number of verses that I wrote for birthday cards that I made each month to send out to the senior adults of Puyallup Church of the Nazarene, of which I am a member. As you read these poems, may they be like a refreshing breeze bringing peace to your souls. Some you may be able to identify with; some may bring you comfort and encouragement; others may make you laugh. Whatever your reaction, may they lift your soul and put a spring in your step.
