A Study of Insurance Industry in Post reform period in India

An analysis of growth of life insurance industry has been carried out in the study. The present study is an attempt to highlight the growth of insurance industry in post-reform period. The study attempted to compare customer satisfaction towards the after sales service of public and private life insurers in order to analyze their performance. An attempt has been made to understand the customer preferences towards various schemes of different insurance companies operating.
