The internationalisation of education remains one ofthe major challenges faced by universities as aresult of the increasing mobility of studentsworldwide. The key outcome of this mobility is thepresence of a diverse student population inuniversity campuses with varying expectations anddemands. This book provides insights intofactors influencing satisfaction among four groups ofpostgraduate students from Asia studying inAustralian universities. Attracting and retainingstudents in such a market environment require majoradjustments in teaching and service deliverystrategies in universities. Asia remains and willcontinue to remain the principal source ofinternational students in universities in Australiaas well as worldwide. The growth of internationalpostgraduate students seeking education overseas hasincreased since the beginning of the decade but theacademic research on this potential student segmentis still limited.
