Sisters of Fortune

Sophie and Rosa Morans father is a lowly employee at Thackreys Bank in 1930s Yorkshire. When Mr. Moran is sacked from the bank, the girls beg Mr. Thackrey for help. Swept up in a dramatic chain of events, the lives of the Moran and Thackrey families are changed for ever.
