He is a prominent scholar (Doctor) in Micro finance, Freelance Micro finance analyst especially for SACCOs and Vicoba. Mbeya Region Patron and Adviser of VICOBA. An employee of Bank of Tanzania and a part time lecturer at Teofili Kisanji University (Mbeya). Dr. Mwakajumilo was born on the twenty fourth of October 1964 in Rungwe District, Mbeya Region. And went to local primary and secondary school, after national service he pursued an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from The Institute of Finance Management(Dar), Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy (AIA), Professional Certificate in SACCOs Management (MUCCOBS), and PhD (Microfinance) from St.Clements Uinversity.
