Rockadoon Shore

A formally inventive debut told from the perspectives of seven characters, documenting the attempt of a troubled group of friends to find some solace on a trip to the West of Ireland, only for this plan to be scuppered by the resurgent tensions between them and the arrival of an elderly neighbour with a gun. This is an energetic and spirited portrayal of contemporary Irish life as experienced by old and young.
