Compensation, Emotional Intelligence ( EQ) and performance, all entities are interdependent and holistic in nature, which may enclose straight relation towards enhancement of individual and organizational performance. The basal study focuses the different aspects that highly supportive to enhance the organization productivity and effectiveness by strategically practice of monetary and non-monetary rewards offer to employee, its significant contribution towards employee achievements, and intentionally enhancement of individual¿s motivation level in manufacturing concerns. The major focus of this study is to incorporate firm relation which should validate ordinary compensation plan into strategic compensation that leads towards employee satisfaction and motivation ultimately enhance the overall performance of employees. Furthermore, this study also try to attempt to unveil the novel area of EQ and try to relate it via transformational leadership with overall employees¿ performance. This concludes that there is strong positive relationship between compensation, EQ and employees performance in manufacturing concern as verified by primary datäs analysis in discussion section.
