When Princess Froth saw Grace, the kitchen maid, wearing squeaky yellow boots, she demanded Grace give them to her. Grace obeyed, but Princess Froth soon found out that the boots didn't want to be belong to her. Even when Grace was thrown into prison, the boots found her. Finally the princess decided to buy her own pair of squeaky yellow boots. What she got instead, however, was far more valuable.
