E-Portfolios für das lebenslange Lernen

E-Portfolios sind die neuen Werkzeuge zur Dokumentation und Reflexion von Kompetenzen in der beruflichen Bildung. Sie werden von der Berufsvorbereitung bis zu Weiterbildungsberatung eingesetzt. Der Band stellt maßgebliche Konzepte und Umsetzungen von E-Portfolios in unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Bildungspraxis vor. Dazu gehören u.a. der eProfilPASS, das mobile Ausbildungsportfolio, das Online-Berichtsheft BLok und der Berufswahlpass. Weitere Beiträge analysieren den Stellenwert und die berufspädagogischen Potenziale von E-Portfolios. Abschließend werden technologische, konzeptionelle und bildungspolitische Herausforderungen beim Einsatz von E-Portfolios benannt und Denkanstöße für die Weiterentwicklung gegeben. ePortfolios are a new tool for documentation and reflection of competences in vocational training. They are used from the beginning of vocational orientation right down to further education counselling. The volume introduces important concepts and implementations of ePortfolios in various areas of education. These include eProfilPASS, the mobile training portfolio, the online report ledger BLok and the "career choice pass" (Berufswahlpass). Other articles analyse the importance and the vocational education potential of ePortfolios. In closing, the volume lists technological, conceptual and education policy challenges for the use of ePortfolios and offers thought-provoking impulses for their further development.
