Too much efforts and money are expended for very limited solutions; much has been learned but much has been forgotten. The present handbook is about basic engineering common sense. It is about understanding the real nature of the supply and management of the water in a building. Some years ago the United Nations declared sanitation and water as human rights, but it seems astonishing that they needed to do so at all. Surely the clean water is a universal right. The aim of this book is to give tools for design and managing one of the most important source of human life: water.
