To complement the hydroponics production technology with organic components and to find lower cost of producing quality lettuce, plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) were tested in SNAP-based static hydroponics lettuce production. The study was laid out in RCBD with 3 replications testing the following treatments under semi-controlled greenhouse environment in Mindanao, Philippines (453m ASL): T1 - Tap Water; T2 - Recommended Rate (RR) SNAP; RR SNAP + Azospirillium spp; T3 - RR SNAP + MykoVAM; Recommended Rate SNAP + MykoPLUS; ¿ Recommended Rate SNAP; ¿ Recommended Rate SNAP + Bio-N; ¿ Recommended Rate SNAP + MykoVAM; ¿ Recommended Rate SNAP + MykoPLUS; Tap Water + Bio-N; Tap Water + MykoVAM and Tap Water+ MykoPLUS. Growth, production and economics of lettuce grown in SNAP-based static hydroponic system with SNAP are positively affected by the inoculation of PGPR present in Bio-N and MykoPLUS products.
