"Pepper and Boo like to have fun--DOG fun. The Cat likes to have fun, too, but DOG FUN is not the same as CAT FUN. CAT FUN is watching bugs and sitting in a box. DOG FUN is chasing leaves and licking the grass. Today it is raining. THe Cat will stay inside. The dogs will go outside, but Pepper does not want to get wet. Pepper needs a new coat. WHich new coat will be perfect? And when the dogs get too hot, how will they cool off? PUDDLE! SPLASH!
