Vice Admiral Sir Paul Kenneth Haddacks KCB (born 27 October 1946) is a British former Vice Admiral.Born on October 27, 1946, Haddacks was educated at Kingswood School, in Bath from 1960 to 1964. He then went on to join the Royal Navy from 1964 to 2004 when he retired and during his time in the Navy he gained the rank of Vice-Admiral.He has been the Lieutenant Governor of the Isle of Man. since 17 October 2005, on appointment of HM The Queen Lord of Mann, and currently resides at Government House, in the district of Onchan in the Isle of Man.
