Oxford Connections: Year 5: Changing State: Science - Teacher\'s Notes

Provides in a cross-curricular scheme, a collection of books containing material to teach literacy and geography, science or history. These books are based on \'skeletons\' concept, whereby the children are shown a text model of the text type with which to write notes. It is suitable for the Scottish 5-14 and Northern Ireland curricula.
