Out-of-Stock Situation on Customer Loyalty

To the author, research has been on the professional agenda. A clear insight into the world of consumer behavior ended up at exploring behavior which is ultimately part of consumer decision sciences. The author is a proud recipient of dissertation funding from the EU Seventh Framework Project VEG-i-TRADE for the doctoral work. Current research is towards sustainable consumption and consumer behavior.
