One Week

Joshua Jackson (Dawsons Creek, Fringe) gives a charming performance as Ben, an aimless young elementary schoolteacher who learns he has cancer a few weeks before his marriage to Samantha (Liane Balaban, Last Chance Harvey, Definitely, Maybe). Hes told he has maybe two years, maybe one week to live and decides to pursue the cross-country adventure he has always dreamed of. The fortuitous intervention of a used motorcycle and a Tim Hortons coffee cup advising him Go west, young man, inspires him to set off across Canada, from Toronto to British Columbia, in search of well, Ben isnt sure.
