Oeuvres De Fourier 2 Volume Set

These selected works by French physicist and mathematician Joseph Fourier (1768-1830) were published in two volumes in 1888-90. Volume 1 is given over entirely to the immortal Theorie analytique de la chaleur (1822). Volume 2 includes the first paper to propose the greenhouse effect.
