Music, in short, is a series of patterns. Being able to identify those patterns makes it easier and faster to learn songs. Learning songs is not the only part of being a musician. Applying your music ability to the church service beyond music is key. Music is secondary only to the Word of God in the church service, which, in turn, makes the musician a very important part of the worship service.
