Harlan Draka continues his quest to rid the world of evil vampires and unlock the dark secrets of his mysterious past. This time out Harlan, the "good" vampire Tesla, and the fiercely loyal soldier Kurjak find themselves doing business with the vicious Russian Mafia. But this is only a ruse for Harlan to track down the Vurdulak, Lord of Lost Souls. Having committed the worst atrocities imaginable, Vurdulak proves to be Harlan's most dangerous adversary so far.
