The project gathered and analysed information about history and perception of sex in India from ancient times ¿ as manifested in its art, literature and architecture. Sex Museum has been postulated as an ideal interactive space to provide factual and scientific information in innovative ways and also entertain people of appropriate age groups, genders and orientations. It dwells on the prospect of discussing a private topic at public place. The book could be of interest to the readers of literature on humanities, visual art and museum and gallery studies.
