The Father (spirit), Son (blood) and Holy Spirit (water) comprise the three witnesses testifying for heaven of Genesis 1:1 that corresponds to the Word of John 1:1-3 where "My Father who is in heaven" derives His name. Jesus Christ is the Word made flesh who dwelt among us, as the Son of God (begotten blood witness) with the Father (spirit witness) and Holy Spirit (water witness) in Him.
