Moments And Memories

Moments and Memories is a collection of poems based on my past experiences with family, friends and relationships. As I was writing the poems, I had mixed emotions. I would like my readers to enjoy the art of poetry. Within each poem, there is a hidden message that I hope will inspire you in your everyday life. Years ago, I was diagnosed with a learning disability. I believed people did not think I would amount to much. I never thought of it as a disability; it was more of a blessing. My interest in poetry began when I was thirteen. I started to write poems soon thereafter, and my goal has always been to publish a book. I have learned a lot about myself through my poetry and I am proud to have my dream come true.
