This book therefore, provides a new metric of success for detection of contamination rate in buffalo milk products and reduce the incidence of food borne disease, watery diarrhea, bloody diarrhea, hemorrhagic colitis through the book collected the specimens, Culture, Biochemical tests, and PCR identification of Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Cryptosporidium spp. and Cyclospora spp. was done to exact diagnosis of these microorganisms in buffalo milk products.
