On Megalex, the city-planet, the laws of nature are prohibited. The tyrannical order reigns over a population controlled by genetic manipulation and subdued by a constant influx of drugs. Thanks to repeated attacks by the neighbouring forest, the urbanised powers-that-be accidentally create an 'anomaly' - a clone policeman nearly 10 feet tall.
