Welcome to the latest edition of the FolioMed Directory of Chiropractors, Podiatrists, Dentists and Optometrists-Massachusetts-2017! Folio continually verifies and monitors current information trends within the medical community and includes new provider identification requirements such as the National Provider Identifier (NPI) required by HIPAA for the submission of all standard electronic transactions. This Directory was developed after research and correspondence with current Folio customers. Author Bio: Folio Associates, a predecessor to FolioMed, was founded in the early 1970's, recognizing a need in the medical community for a directory listing all the physicians in Massachusetts they launched the first printed Folio's Physician Directory of Massachusetts in 1972.
