Macabre Musings

What happens when people lose their livelihoods to the technological and societal advancements of our age? In the following five tales, characters "danse macabre" and seek retribution against those who threaten their futures: an ice cream truck driver who cannot let go of a teenage slight and theft of hand...an obituary writer who begins the slow decent into social media obscurity...an 80's rock musician who cannot let go of the party that is already over...a wedding photographer who thought she was ahead of the curve...and a gas attendant forced into a future he can no longer control.
