Luther's Works, Volume 59: Prefaces I

Luther's prefaces from 1522 to 1532 for the writings of both colleagues and opponents are a rich source of his reflections on church history, the events of his day, and contemporary religious movements. These new editions to the Luther' Works series are an expansion of the existing American Edition, not a replacement for it. Twenty new volumes for the American Edition of Luthers Works are planned.
