Fram! Fram! St. Olaf The St. Olaf College Hymn This hymn is very meaningful to me. I memorized it as a first-year student at St. Olaf College in 1946. As I look back over my life, I came to realize the strength and direction in my life came from the Spirit of God. I chose one line from that hymn for the title of my life story.
