Leading From Where You Are

Within the pages of this book, the author takes you on a journey as to how she learned and developed leadership. Along that journey, she learned some key lessons about leadership and being a leader. Throughout this book, the author shares some of those lessons with the reader. One of those key lessons the author shares with her readers is that anyone and everyone can be a leader and is a leader. Depending upon the situation, anyone may be a leader, including a young child. The act of influencing of individuals is leadership.
