aJourney into Midnighta Lucas leaves his friends on the creek bank and starts his lonely journey up the holler toward home. He encounters strange, unexplained things on the way. He is relieved to meet a stranger until he realizes he is not what he seems. The stranger takes him on a journey into the depths of hell. Here he sees and hears things beyond belief. aSo It Wasa Ogg lives in a prehistoric world with dangerous animals and violence. Ogg is far more intelligent than the other tribe members. He becomes their leader. His son is more advanced than him, though. When his mate dies, Ogg leaves the tribe and the son becomes the leader. When a fierce tribe invades their cave, what will become of Oggas tribe?
