To answer this question the author has developed a method that has been used in more than 50 different applications up to now. The aim of this book is to demonstrate the way how can be assessed the risks step by step in order to support management decisions at strategic, project or at operational level. Four case studies illustrate how to assess and treat risks using the method worked out by the author.
