Insects as a Food

The planet Earth is furthermore hampered with a large number of ecological issues. Emission of Greenhouse gases, water and land pollution have already seriously damaged the Earth¿s eco-system, while on a flip side undernourishment is still widespread problem. This paper tries to clarify if entomophagy could be part of the solution for above mentioned issues. Sushi was selected as an example how humans¿ taboos related to nourishment can be overcome.
