As part of his final year work in Computer Science, Armel MBELO has embarked on a reflection on the reorganization of the publishing sector in higher education institutions and universities in his country, by developing a global solution (presented in the form of a project for the establishment of university presses in educational institutions in the DRC) and restricted to his field (by exploiting the strengths of the concept of E-business, use of electronic means to achieve business)
