However, he lost this natural gift gradually, as he got older. He did wrong sometimes. He displayed cowardice and even betrayed the people closest to him. Like many others, he could not resist greed and got into the rat race.Peter has done many despicable things… He tried to make up for it. He tried to cleanse his soul. However, not everything was as smooth as he would like. Peter's walk of life became similar to the way of humans from The Haywain triptych, by Netherlandish painter Hieronymus Bosch. The picture depicts them walking from the Paradise to the Fall and to the Hell.How can this be summed up? Punishment for shabby and dirty actions is certain. Peter comes to a joyless old age filled with remorse… And the Lord's words 'Let he who is without sin cast the first stone' does not make him feel better…
