Thus, this book acts as an informer to the law makers, policy formulators and others about critical challenges faced by a girl child with profound visual challenges in her attempt to access primary education. Intervening mechanisms need to be designed as soon as possible so as to guarantee that the girl child with profound visual challenges accesses primary education. Education is key for the self emancipation of a girl child with profound visual challenges. Without education, the girl child with profound visual challenges cannot be gainfully employed.
