The Universities and Management Education institutes have introdued various courses in management education to suit the needs of the business world .The post-graduates level management courses in Indian Universities and management Institutes have established their work in quality of education and as a result of this,there has been a rise for providing the young executives in all sphere of business,trade and commerce. Human Resources Management as a subject in the Management education has already occupied a place as an important core subject. The aim of this work is to explore Human Resource Management Practices in APSRTC: Recruitment&Selection, Training, Wage and Salary Procedures, Welfare Measures and Employee Relations based on the employer and employee perceptions.Finally gives an account of Summary, Suggestions and scope for research.
