Not far from her home, there's a volcano in the distance. It's been silent for years now, but the lava inside it is bubbling up. The flicks of magma are visible, but there will be a few more years before eruption. A ways away from this volcano sits a house: a mansion, home to the Claire family, where "Fossil Fuel" CEOs Mr. and Mrs. Claire thrive with their only child, Mary Claire.
