The alpha-fetoprotein is considered the sensitive and more specific tumor marker for liver cancer, recently many authors observed many confirmatory acute and sensitive another biomarker. In addition, hepatocellular carcinoma can be targeted by immunotherapy, especially with killer cells. In the future, the immunotherapy individualization must be introduced into different tumors.
