The additional chapters on general management of the trauma patient, radiological evaluation, biomechanics, the new plating systems, the section on complications in each chapter, and the special "tips" contribute to its practicality and usefulness. The contributors are a who's-who of eminent otolaryngologists/head & neck surgeons.
