Centers in various countries including the United began readjustment and vocational training for blinded servicemen and n. Although early efforts were less than successful, the Veterans Adminis n was determined to develop mobility instruction for the blind, and ized the Blind Section at Hines v.a. Hospital, near Chicago, in 1948.
