To elect by ballot for the term of three years one trustee of the town' s trust funds.Art. 3. To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges for the ensuing year, and make appropriations for the same. That is to say: To raise such sums of money as may be necessary for Gener al Government, including town officers' salaries, town officers' expenses, election and registration, and town hall; for Protection of Persons and Property, including the police department, moth extermination and the extermination of the White pine blister rust; for Health and Sanitation, including the health department, vital statistics, and sewer maintenance; for Highways and Bridges, including state aid maintenance, sidewalks, street lighting, and general expenses of the department; for Education, including the public library; for Charities, including the town'poor; for Patriotic Pur poses, including decoration of soldiers' graves; for Recreation, including band concerts; for Public Service Enterprises, including water utility; for Cemeteries; for Interest; for New Construction and Improvements, includ ing state aid and town construction; for Indebtedness Payments, including the payment of notes and bonds; for Payments to Other Governmental Divisions, including state and county taxes; and to pay all other necessary charges arising within the town.About the PublisherForgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
