In the year 2033, U.S. President Russell Wilson and Secretary General Kufi Mobutu of the U.N. reveal the Humane Space Federation's discovery to the world. Dr. Donald Netherland invites Dr. Mack Ryan and Dr. Marcus Nimbus to attend the Osiris 4 Summit at the federation's headquarters to pursue an exceptionally habitable extrasolar planet flosishing with life.
