Gratitude Journal

Since we are constantly surrounded by actions and things to be thankful for, it's sometimes easy to overlook all of those blessings. By keeping a gratitude journal you can have a place to document all the things that happen each day that you are thankful for. Its hard to remember all of those things, big or small, and the gratitude journal provides one place to keep track of your blessings. Keeping a gratitude journal not only gives you that place for documenting your blessings, it also lets you set aside time to sit quietly and think about what you have seen or done that you are grateful for.
